About Us

Global Education Opportunity Fund For Africa (GEOFF-AFRICA) is a nonprofit 501 (C) 3 organization that relies on individual, corporate, and community financial donations to educate, support, and transform lives in Africa.

How The Organization Started

The work of the organization started in Kenya in 2004 as one local family’s effort to help their community. Friends and family pitched in. Requests for help around the country grew quickly. A friend in the United States, where one of the family members resides, strongly suggested that more resources would open up if the organization was registered in the U.S.

In 2017, GEOFF-AFRICA was registered in the U.S.A. as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. You can now make a tax-deductible contribution to GEOFF-AFRICA.
